Ingredients –

Cake Mix –

225g 8oz Self raising flour
225g 8oz Butter
225g 8oz Caster sugar
4 Eggs
20 Drops Foodie Flavours Xmas pudding

Buttercream Frosting –

225g 8oz Butter
450g 1lb Icing sugar
40ml 2.5 tbsp cold water
8 Drops Foodie Flavouring Mulled Wine
Red food colouring

Gold ball sprinkles to decorate.


Method –

1. Turn oven on to 180.c
2. Prepare a cupcake tray with mini cupcake cases.
3. Put all ingredients into a mixing bowl and mix well with a electric mixer or wooden spoon.
4. Add the 20 drops of Xmas Pudding Foodie Flavouring.
5. Then using a teaspoon spoon the mixture into the cupcake cases so they are half full.
6. Cook in the preheated oven for around 10-15 minutes or until golden on top.
7. Remove the cakes from the tin and leave to cool on a cooling rack.

Buttercream Frosting –

1. Put the icing sugar and butter in a bowl and mix with a electric whisk, if the mixture is too stiff add 1-2.5 tbsp of water.
2. Then add the 8 drops of Foodie Flavouring and mix well.
3. Add the red food colouring.

Pipe the buttercream frosting, decorate and enjoy!
