Ingredients
- ½ Small White Cabbage
- ½ Small Red Cabbage
- 3 Medium Carrots
- 1 Medium Red Onion
- 100g Mayonnaise
- 50g Plain Yoghurt
- 1 Tbsp Apple Cider Vinegar
- 2 Tsp Caster Sugar
- ¼ Tsp Celery Seeds
- 30 Drops Foodie Flavours Maple Flavouring
Instructions
Servings 8-10 / Prep time 15 mins
- Remove any wilted or damaged leaves from the cabbage. Slice the cabbage into quarters, remove the core and finely shred.
- Grate the carrots and finely slice the onion.
- Combine all the veg in a large bowl.
- In a separate bowl, mix together the remaining ingredients until smooth and pour the dressing onto the veg.
- Stir everything together until all the veg is coated in the dressing.
- Eat straight away or store in an airtight container in the fridge for 2-3 days.
