Ingredients

  • ½ Small White Cabbage
  • ½ Small Red Cabbage
  • 3 Medium Carrots
  • 1 Medium Red Onion
  • 100g Mayonnaise
  • 50g Plain Yoghurt
  • 1 Tbsp Apple Cider Vinegar
  • 2 Tsp Caster Sugar
  • ¼ Tsp Celery Seeds
  • 30 Drops Foodie Flavours Maple Flavouring

Servings 8-10 / Prep time 15 mins

  1. Remove any wilted or damaged leaves from the cabbage. Slice the cabbage into quarters, remove the core and finely shred.
  2. Grate the carrots and finely slice the onion.
  3. Combine all the veg in a large bowl.
  4. In a separate bowl, mix together the remaining ingredients until smooth and pour the dressing onto the veg.
  5. Stir everything together until all the veg is coated in the dressing.
  6. Eat straight away or store in an airtight container in the fridge for 2-3 days.
