Our Organic Vanilla Extract is made from Vanilla Beans specially grown by select farmers in Uganda. The land of the Mountain Gorillas. These Vanilla crops are expertly pollinated, harvested and cured to give a distinctively rich and earthy flavour. This all goes to create a high quality vanilla ingredient.

Instructions for use
For best results add our Vanilla Extract into a key wet ingredient such as water, milk or egg. Follow the recipe for how many teaspoons to use, or take a look at some of our recipes. If you are baking then please remember that some of the extract will ‘flash off’ so you may need to increase the dose to compensate.
