What an amazing time we had at Cake International this year at the NEC! It was such a pleasure to see some familiar faces and meet so many new ones. The event was packed with incredible highlights, from cooking demonstrations on the main stage to appearances by some of the finest chefs and baking celebrities.
Top-Selling Flavours of the Show
Our fruit flavours were a big hit yet again—with the ever-popular Passion Fruit, Orange, and Lemon leading the charge. The crowd couldn't get enough of our retro-inspired flavours, Bubblegum and Candy Floss, which truly stole the show. Other favourites included our high-juice Raspberry, indulgent Pistachio, and rich Caramel.
However, the standout flavour of the event had to be one of our newest additions to the Foodie Flavours family: Sweet Hazelnut & Chocolate. It was an instant favourite among customers and proved to be the star of the weekend.
