- Pour the milk into a protein shaker bottle.
- Add the protein powder and the banana flavouring (adjust flavour to taste, for some flavours just a couple of drops is enough).
- Seal the lid and shake until smooth.
- Enjoy!

The nutritional values for our flavours are negligible. If you need to calculate calories you can use 0.2 kcal per drop of flavour or 4 kcal per ml.
Foodie Flavours contain no added sugar. Any sugar content is naturally occurring from the fruits and plant materials we use to create our flavours. This means you are in control of the sweetness. If your shake has very low sugar content you may need to add a sweetener such as sugar, honey or another natural sweetener to help bring out the correct taste profile and strength of the flavour.
