Cream Soda Syrup

1. Add the granulated sugar and water to a saucepan and gradually heat while stirring.
2. Once the sugar has dissolved, bring the liquid to a boil for 2-3 mins.
3. Remove from the heat and add the cream soda flavouring.
4. Once cool, store in a jar in the fridge until ready to use.

Iced Latte

1. Fill a large glass with ice and pour in the espresso.
2. Add 2 tbsp of the cream soda syrup and top with your milk of choice.
3. Stir to combine and enjoy!
